The first thing to say is that this does not assume genetic determinism. EOW does not claim that genetic predisposition is the sole determinant of political affiliation. There are also significant effects from life experience and EOW wouldn’t deny that this is so. That is why we find that many people change their political allegiance from time to time. Although conservatives tend to downplay the concept of society, that doesn’t mean that they are not altruistic to people they regard as friends or to those that have fallen on hard times through no fault of their own. They tend to have strong altruistic feelings about these groups but not about society in general. They will therefore tend to donate and volunteer for the welfare of members of groups to which they belong (eg freemasonry) and to the ‘deserving needy’.

Also. Both genetic predispositions will tend to be coloring the individual’s political stance simultaneously. I therefore suggest that these are not two discrete groups; we have a continuum here. Individuals can be positioned on this continuum between left (say, red) - hush my mouth! - and right (say, blue). Most people will be a particular shade of mauve at any particular time.
I wonder whether EOW would agree with these points. Do other theorists agree?

I contend that it’s purely psychological based on each individual’s personal experiences in reaction to current events. The dichotomy that exists in today’s politics has been evolving from the foundation of this nation. A major turn came when what is now known as the modern Democratic and Republican parties came about in the 1850’s and has been evolving ever since. Even today’s Republican Party is quite different it was just 30 years ago under Regan, less so with the Democratic Party. And this dichotomy is a false one. There are a number of thrid parties, and like humanist/agnostic/atheist groups, they are growing. Todays’ hardcore Reganites and Tea Partiers would find themselves at home in the Constitution Party of “God and the Constitution” rather than what reamisn of the Republican Party. The CPUSA and the various Socialist spinter groups have all but given up and many members have defected to the current Democratic Party evidenced by the support of Van Jones and others. The Green Party, which is primarily socialist, won’t support most Dems becasue they bow down to corporations almost as easily as Republicans evidenced by Obama’s receiving more money from health care and health insurance companies during the 2008 campaign than either Hillary Clinton or John McCain, (see the Denver Post), and his bail out of GM, neither of which support their agenda of ecology and greater social justice. The Libertarian Party is more like the liberals of century ago where government was to do leave people alone and it was not to give any special privilages to anyone that would disatvantage others, especially to corporations. Libertarians support gay rights and gun rights with equal fervor. This country is far more fractured psychologically than most people are willing to admit.

The best path of selecting an odor is to spray it onto the interior of the carp us and then scratch over the area with the hand in order to arouse the temperature. Yet the stock price won’t budge. When you want to spend a little more on either a good suit or party dress, head to the outlets of the big expensive department stores, like Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue, and Nordstrom also have children departments.
You will soon discover that your life will be both easier and more interesting when you’re satisfied with the place where you live. Women have also risen and have started wearing these shirts. When sleeping over at a friends house, put your clothes in a cute designer shopping bags. However, they have been in existence for quite some time now and it has become a way of life, with most people.
